ABC Open TT Series - 2008-Sep-30 - 15km (Tatlock Rd) (EvtFactor= 0.8696)

Weather (18:00): Light Rain. Temperature: 12°C, Wind: Headwind on the way out.

Cool and rainy conditions drew only two riders and three volunteers for this last ABC time trial of 2008. Rider Celia had the excuse that she wanted to bring the number of her completed databased events up to 500. Vytas, who prefers cool temperatures to hot ones, needs no excuses, though he generated some by overheating himself inside his rain jacket in the event. Both riders finished, though neither improved upon any previous 2008 ATT 15km event they had ridden. Thanks and apologies are extended to volunteers Dave McAuslan, Sherry Warren and especially to John Warren, who with a bad cold, was more under the weather than the weather was.
